- In line bright annealing equipment which gives bright annealed tubes for heat exchanger, food and
dairy applications etc.
- Bead rolling system with hydraulic operation for continuous rolling of inside bead.
- An NC Flying Friction/Cold Cut-off system to provide an accurate and programmable length.
- Eddy current tester.

Features
- Cross key ways for permanent and accurate alignment of forming & sizing stands on the base
frames.
- Shafts made out of alloy steel, duly heat treated and ground.
- Horizontal stands made out of SG Cast Iron for higher strength and wear resistance.
- 360 degree revolving turks head for quick and easy roll change. It also permits desired alignment
of weld seam w. r. t. profile corner.
- W-forming system in roll design for better edge forming & freedom from wrinkles while forming
sizes with adverse t/d ratios.
- Roll sets made out of High Carbon High Chromium (HCHCr), D2/D3 grade of alloy steel
manufactured in house on CNC machines.
